How long does it take for my order to be complete?

With the exception of Bridal and Custom orders, we have a lead time of up to 14 days to complete each order, unless we have the item in stock, in which case your order will be shipped immediately.

How long does delivery take?

Gauteng: 1-3 working days.
Rest of SA: 3-7 working days.

Can I check if the product is in stock before I order?

Yes! We try to keep as many products in stock as possible. Please pop us an email (hello@liliesandlust.co.za) to check whether or not we have the item in stock.

Can I pay via EFT/Bank Transfer?

Yes, we have the option of paying using EFT at checkout.

How do I care for my item?

Wash care instructions are included on the items as well as on our website.

Can I customise my order?

As we make everything locally, you have the luxury of customising certain products! Please pop us a mail if you would like to chat about this option.

Do you have a physical store?

No we do not, we are solely an online store.

How do I track my order?

Upon completion of the order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate of R90 for the whole of South Africa. R120 for custom orders.

How do I change my address before shipping?

If you have not yet received an email with a tracking number, then please send us an email to request a change of your delivery address.

I placed an order but have not had any updates?

Do not worry! We have received your order and will keep you updated if anything unusual happens.
